With Halloween right around the corner, we wanted to make sure you knew about the Rowayton Ghost Stories at Pinkney Park... it's next Sunday, the 25th, from 5-7pm. We think it'll be a ton of fun to hear which houses have had ghostly visitors around town... and it will get us in the mood for Halloween the following Saturday!

As for real estate around town...
Things are actually starting to move a little! Granted, it's definitely sporadic, but up until this month, we hadn't seen anything move over $1.5m since maybe late Winter last year!!! Finally seeing some things across the board start to accept offers, though we are still waiting for a $2m+ sale to come through.
